POSITION: Retail Sales Representative
REPORTS TO: Sales Manager
SUMMARY: Outside retail sales position responsible for growing revenue by increasing business relationships in a specific geographic area
Establish leads via cold-calling, connectivity to community, building and maintaining relationships with customers.
Conduct outbound leads follow-up calls to potential and existing customers.
Meet or exceed sales goals by monitoring market trends, identifying target customers and quality service and demonstrating strong sales skills.
Maintain list of target accounts by generating and qualifying new business leads and follow up with current customers.
Demonstrate products and show consumers how to maximize their features.
Prepare proposal and ensure correct pricing.
Represent and promote the organization with products and services at in-home product presentations, showrooms and trade and home shows.
Collect and research information needed to identify and resolve customer issues in a timely manner.
Display professionalism in behaviors and attitudes in and out of the work environment.
High School Diploma or equivalent preferred
3-5 years Outside Sales experience
Knowledge of SalesForce and DocuSign a plus
Previous sales experience in the propane industry preferred but not required
Exceptional Customer Service Skills
Ability to travel throughout the Delmarva Peninsula
