In this presentation, Karen Barbour will discuss what a surety bond is and why it is required, the SBA’s surety bond progress, how to secure up to $1 million in bonding support without the need for financial statements, why the owner’s personal credit matters, how to grow your bond program to achieve multi-million sales growth and the types of financial statement presentation required. Attendees will additionally develop an understanding of a Work In Progress Schedule, premium rate determinations, and calculations of how bonding capacity is determined.
