The Rescue Fire Company Train Garden is celebrating their 85th year this year in Historic Downtown Cambridge at their 307 Gay Street location of the "Old Fire Station" The display is created every year by volunteers and takes weeks and many volunteer hours to create the Train Garden. The display is open from December 1 through December 31 with a preview on November 30 after the lighting of the Cambridge Christmas Tree at Spring Valley.
The hours of Operation are: Monday through Friday from 6-9 p.m. and Saturday and Sunday from 1-4 p.m. and 6-9 p.m. Admission is Free. Refreshments are being sold. Donations of money, new toys and/or non-perishable food items are welcomed for their Christmas Drive.
This year, they have a limited number of 85th anniversary commemorative T-Shirts and Train Box Cars available for purchase as well as raffles and other items. All to benefit the Train Garden.
