Classes run daily at 5:30am, 7:45am, 9am, 5pm & 6pm with one 9am class on Saturday.

Coming from Carmela's Cucina on Academy St, heading toward Cedar St, turn right after the River church. Coming from Race St on Muir St, toward Academy St, take a left after Cecille's Hair Salon.
At Heirloom Athletics, home of Heirloom Nutrition, we believe something as essential as your health should be prioritized. That’s why we focus on 3 core nutrition principles and a linear path approach to our nutrition and accountability coaching programs.
We know that helping people make health a way of life isn’t just about what you eat or how many times you go to the gym. Our goal with Heirloom Nutrition is to empower you to achieve and maintain the 7 pillars of health through a sustainable, habit-based approach.
Heirloom services provided include: coach-led group fitness classes (not choreographed), personal training, running coaching, nutrition & accountability coaching, barre, barbell club and open gym is an optional add on for all active memberships.
