Great News! Applications Now Open for joining the Service Year Option

The Maryland Department of Service and Civic Innovation is proud to announce that the application for the third class of the Service Year Option program is now live!

Members of the program have the opportunity to develop meaningful skills, earn a wage of at least $15 per hour, and upon completion of the year of service, earn a $5,000 completion award, and just as importantly, help grow Maryland's economy.

Finally, if you are aware of anyone who may be interested in applying, please direct them to serve.maryland.gov and have them complete an application by the March 1st early deadline.
