While on-site, guests can enjoy hay rides that explore the property’s on-site Blue Heron Rookery. The 18-acre wildlife refuge provides a lush habitat for wildlife and is home to a variety of local bird species and migrating waterfowl including the rookery’s namesake Great Blue Heron, bald eagles, wild turkey, and more. The resort is also near Emily’s Produce, a local farm that showcases a giant pumpkin patch throughout the fall season.
Hyatt Regency Chesapeake Bay offers year-round, climate-controlled golf opportunities at The Cove golf simulator. Developed by TruGolf, the state-of-the-art simulator offers an extensive library of courses and competitive game modes for all experience levels.
