Immanuel United Church of Christ is Gearing Up for Events

Fall is upon us, and events are something to look forward to. Immanuel United Church of Christ, 5401 Whitehall Rd., Cambridge, MD 21613 is gearing up for several upcoming events that all are welcome to attend. 


Kathy Kelly and Carol Segar are putting finishing touches on the Spaghetti Dinner planning.

All You Can Eat Spaghetti Dinner on Friday, September 20, 2024.  4:30-7:00pm.   Ticket includes: Spaghetti (sauce: meat or vegetarian), Salad, Garlic Bread, Drink. Desserts available for purchase.  Eat in or carry out.  Adults: $12.00; Children 5-12: $6.00; Children 4 and under: Free. Family Package: 2 adults and 2 children (under 12):  $30.00 


Trunk Or Treat on Sunday, October 27, 2024. 4:30-6 pm. Please join us for a family fun night. Dress up and enjoy the fun! Free event, though donations are accepted, for all. Children 12 and under will have the opportunity to "Trick or Treat" the decorated trunks of volunteer "treators"
4 pm set up (Please reserve your space ahead of time and plan for appx 200 treators) All are welcome to Decorate a Trunk to be treated from, and/or bring your family to be treated! ***Children MUST be accompanied by an adult at all times!*** Please let us know you will be there. 
4:30 pm the party starts
Sure to be FUN for all!!
Rain or Shine - Come enjoy the fun - the event will be moved indoors if it rains (we will decorate tables)

We are getting ready for the upcoming 2024 Holiday season at Immanuel United Church of Christ.  Natalee Lyons, one of our young volunteers and her grandmother, Terry Malkus are reviewing some of the "new snowmen" to be offered for sale at the Holiday Bazaar on November 9, 2024.  Doors are open from 9am 'til noon and we will have our homemade soups and homemade Chicken Salad (sold in cups, sandwiches and platters), along with our Bake Table with homemade items, White Elephant tables, Country Store, Bid-It/Buy-It tables, our handmade creations--crochet items and snowmen/santas, plus our 50/50 Raffle with the drawing taking place at 11:30am the day of the Bazaar.
