Sinclair and Collins named Team Members of the Month for November 2024

SALISBURY — TidalHealth Primary and Specialty Care is pleased to announce Natalie Sinclair and Eltonio “Tim Collins are its Team Members of the Month for November 2024.

 
Natalie Sinclair, Surgical Scheduler, TidalHealth Gastroenterology

Sinclair was nominated by Nurse Practitioner Sarah Proffit. She was recognized for the values of Service, Accountability, Quality and Community.

“We recently had a patient (of mine) that was in the middle of a very difficult situation, and Natalie jumped up to help with an extremely sensitive situation, producing solutions on the fly, making this patient feel like she mattered and making a difficult situation feel less stressful than it already was. She really cares about our patients' well-being. She really helps make the patient experience a 10 out of 10. No matter how large or small the task is, she always says ‘I got you’ or ‘I'll take care of it’ without hesitation. She also makes us all smile and laugh every day which really makes the workday that much more enjoyable.”

Collins was nominated by Christine Rommel, Program Practice Manager. He was recognized for the values of Quality, Service, Accountability and Community.

“Tim has been a huge asset to our office since day one. He never hesitates to assist us with patient issues, always running to help regardless of where it is in the building. He is excellent at de-escalation of situations and almost always calms the situation without need of intervention. His background in EMS is extremely helpful with these situations. He is an outstanding individual and backs us all up without hesitation. He is a team player who picks up things very quickly.”
