Barre at Heirloom Athletics

Barre is returning in January for 7 weeks!
This is a low impact full body class with focus on balance, core strength (including glutes and hips) and activating those key stabilizers we rarely think about. It's a great compliment to regular workouts or for those wanting a little less intense (but still challenging) workout.
