HHYFW Hurlock Reading Social

Harvesting Hope Youth & Family Wellness is hosting FREE Reading Socials in Hurlock for children ages 0-12. Providing literacy support to young people, healthy snacks, and arts and crafts. Safety precautions will be used at all events. Children and adults are gifted one free book at each social to build home libraries and encourage reading at home. 
Supporting students by helping them to learn to read.
Help will be given to identify possible language/literacy/reading difficulties so parents can get their children the additional services they deserve to improve their language, reading, reading comprehension, and self-esteem. Behaviors also tend to improve, which is always great!
Thank you to the Town of Hurlock for welcoming us and supporting our efforts to expand the program. This will be located at the Hurlock Community Center
