QuickBooks is an industry standard accounting package for small businesses. It comes in two key versions QuickBooks Desktop (QB Desktop) and QuickBooks Online (QB Online). While from the same vendor and basically same name there are many differences between the two products. Until recently QB Online did not stack up well against its older sibling QB Desktop and users were reluctant to make the conversion. However, improvements in the product and some of the inherent benefits of being a cloud-based solution now make QB Online a viable solution for many small businesses, even those that have been running QB Desktop for some time.
This seminar will be a great overview for users of QB Desktop considering the switch, small businesses trying to select an accounting product or new users of QB Online looking for a refresher on some of the key features. The instructors will review many of the key features and benefits of QB Online. Short comings of QB Online compared to QB Desktop will also be discussed during the seminar.
