SALISBURY — TidalHealth is pleased to announce that Lindsay Bailey, BSRC, RRT, of TidalHealth Peninsula Regional, is its Tree of Life Award recipient for June 2024.
This award honors respiratory therapists who provide outstanding, excellent care to patients, make a special connection, and are engaged with the care team to ensure the best outcomes for their patients.
Bailey’s nomination reads as follows:
"Lindsay is a dedicated senior therapist in the Respiratory Department. She not only works to make the team’s duties as seamless as possible and smooths out staffing, but she often comes in during the early morning to help with the night shift.
Lindsay wears multiple hats within the department and helps behind the scenes more than most people know. She is often a phone call away and is more than willing to lend a helping hand when the hospital gets busy.
