• - United Way Open Golf Tournament at Green Hill Country Club –

     
    United Way of the Lower Eastern Shore recently hosted their Annual United Way Open Golf Tournament, bringing golfers and supporters from the Lower Eastern Shore for a fun day on the links! This event raised over 15k to support UWLES direct programs and their nonprofit partners who provide essential resources across Dorchester, Somerset, Wicomico and Worcester counties, impacting 1 in 3 neighbors annually.
     
    The following teams were awarded prizes: Top 3 Net Score Teams: 1st Place – Avery Hall Insurance, 2nd Place – BBSI, and 3rd Place – Delmarva Power, Top 3 Gross Score Teams: 1st Place – Pohanka Hyundai of Salisbury, 2nd Place – UMES, and 3rd Place – Holloway Funeral Home.
